A neutral payment rail for every plate in the UAE.
Plate-based payment is being built emirate by emirate, operator by operator, wallet by wallet. PlateWallet is the layer that makes it one network: a single AED balance attached to the plate, readable by any camera, spendable at any merchant we onboard.
Three ways a merchant joins — none of them require ripping anything out.
Camera-native
Your existing ANPR vendor posts a read event to our API. We resolve the plate, authorise against the wallet and return an allow/deny in under a second — no new hardware.
Gateway retrofit
For sites with cameras but no payment logic, our edge gateway sits between the camera and the barrier or POS and turns a plate read into a settled AED charge.
Attendant-assisted
No camera at all? Fuel forecourts, valet stands and workshops charge from the merchant portal by entering the plate. Same wallet, same ledger, same receipt.

Cross-emirate by default
A plate registered in Sharjah pays at a Dubai mall and an Abu Dhabi forecourt from the same balance. No per-emirate top-up, no second account.
Merchant acquiring, not just collection
Self-serve onboarding, live payment feed, one-click refunds, period settlement with fee breakdown and payout status. The tooling operator wallets never gave third parties.
Owner and payer are separate
Fleets, rentals, leases and family cars: the plate can be owned by one entity and funded by another, with per-plate spend limits and instant suspension.
One ledger, every movement
Top-up, charge, refund — each writes an immutable ledger row with the balance after. Reconciliation is a query, not a spreadsheet.
Confidence-scored reads
Low-confidence plate reads never touch a wallet. They route to review with the capture image attached, so a misread is a support ticket, not a dispute.
Neutral and interoperable
We do not operate car parks or toll gates, so we compete with none of our merchants. That neutrality is the reason a network can form on top of us.
Start where nobody is serving. Interoperate from strength.
Private-site network
Onboard independent car parks, fuel forecourts, car washes, valet operators and drive-thrus — the merchants closed-loop schemes do not serve.
Fleet and rental layer
Corporate fleets, rental companies and last-mile operators fund hundreds of plates centrally with per-vehicle limits and consolidated statements.
Interoperability agreements
Bilateral settlement with emirate and operator schemes so a PlateWallet balance clears at their gantries — one balance, whoever owns the camera.
CBUAE Stored Value Facility licensing
Funds held with a licensed banking partner under a segregated arrangement while we progress the SVF licensing pathway with the Central Bank of the UAE.
Put your site on the network.
Car parks, forecourts, washes, valet stands, drive-thrus and fleets — tell us what you operate and we will map the fastest integration mode for you.
